Description:
Authority Partners is seeking an experienced and self-driven Genesys Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Genesys solutions to support business needs. You will work closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and system architects to ensure seamless integration and performance. If you have a passion for contact center technologies, telephony systems, and API integrations, we’d love to hear from you!

You will stand out if you have:

• Genesys Core Platform Configuration experience
• Expertise in Genesys Inbound Call Routing and Outbound Dialler Configuration
• Strong knowledge of Genesys Architect for Inbound, Outbound, Workflows, and Data Actions
• Experience working with Genesys Platform APIs (nice to have)
• General telephony experience with SIP
• Understanding of MS Dynamics CRM (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work in an agile environment with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field would be of great value, but if you’re passionate and have the experience that backs up your abilities, for us, talent outweighs degree every time.
