AP Lab: Join the Talent Pool for Our Next Session

AP Lab is the Authority Partners training program for people at the start of their tech careers. It's a 12-week intensive, in-person training program led by experienced Authority Partners consultants, built for aspiring software developers who already have a foundation in object-oriented programming. Participants work alongside our consultants on real work, with mentors who review their code, answer their questions and help them figure out where they want to grow.

Who AP Lab is For:

  • Students in their final years of a degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering or a related field
  • Recent graduates looking for their first professional role in tech
  • Self-taught developers or bootcamp graduates with projects they can show us

You don’t need professional experience. We care more about how you learn, how you approach a problem you haven’t seen before and whether you enjoy building things.


What Helps When Applications Open:

  • A foundation in at least one programming language
  • Some hands-on work: university projects, personal projects, a GitHub profile or anything else that shows what you’ve built
  • Working English, since our consultants collaborate daily with clients globally
  • Curiosity and the willingness to ask for help when you’re stuck


What AP Lab Offers:

  • Mentorship from experienced Authority Partners consultants
  • Hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to building, testing and deployment
  • Experience with AI-powered tools and how they fit into development workflows, from writing and reviewing code to improving its quality
  • A structured 12-week, in-person program, with an expected commitment of around 20 hours per week and regular feedback throughout
  • A real path forward: participants who stand out are considered for junior roles at Authority Partners
