Junior Client Partner
We are looking for a Junior Client Partner to support the Chief Revenue Officer in running client-facing commercial operations and sales execution. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role built around coordination, tracking, preparation, and follow-through across a portfolio of active clients and prospects — combining client support with sales operations.
The role exists to take day-to-day commercial and operational work off the CRO's desk, so leadership time stays focused on strategy, growth, and executive-level client engagement. It is a deliberate stepping stone: strong performers grow into account ownership and a Client Executive path over time.

The role exists to take day-to-day commercial and operational work off the CRO's desk, so leadership time stays focused on strategy, growth, and executive-level client engagement. It is a deliberate stepping stone: strong performers grow into account ownership and a Client Executive path over time.
Key responsibilities
Client support
- Act as a primary support partner to the CRO across a portfolio of active clients.
- Prepare client materials — agendas, follow-ups, summaries, and next-step trackers.
- Track client commitments, action items, renewals, expansions, and commercial milestones.
- Support proposal development, pricing inputs, and SOW coordination.
- Maintain accurate client-level notes and commercial context.
- Own CRM hygiene and accuracy — deals, stages, close dates, and amounts.
- Support monthly booking commits, variance tracking, and pipeline updates.
- Prepare draft reports on bookings, revenue, renewals, and client concentration.
- Coordinate with Finance on invoicing status, revenue timing, and discrepancies.
- Help surface gaps, risks, and opportunities across the client base.
- Coordinate across Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Leadership to keep everyone aligned.
- Follow up on open items to keep deals and renewals moving.
- Proactively flag issues before they escalate to the executive level.
- Gradually take ownership of smaller accounts or commercial workstreams.
- Join client calls as a secondary commercial contact.
- Learn pricing, margin, and deal-structure fundamentals.
- Progress toward a Client Executive or commercial-operations leadership role.
What success looks like
- First 90 days — CRM is clean and trusted; you are running client trackers and follow-ups independently and reporting rhythms are on time.
- First 6–12 months — the CRO relies on you as the go-to for commercial coordination; nothing falls through the cracks, and you are beginning to own small accounts or workstreams.
What we are looking for
Required
- 1–3 years in sales support, sales operations, account coordination, or a client-facing commercial role (an exceptional recent graduate with relevant internship experience will be considered).
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Comfort with a CRM (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot) and strong spreadsheet skills.
- AI-fluent, with hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance sales productivity and workflows.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Confidence coordinating across functions and communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in technology consulting, software services, or another B2B environment.
- Exposure to proposals, SOWs, or pricing.
- Familiarity with reporting or BI tools.
What we offer
- Highly competitive commission + bonus structure
- A clearly defined growth path from support into account ownership.
- Direct exposure to the CRO and senior commercial decision-making.
