Authority Partners is seeking two Senior QA Engineers for an AI Native platform engagement. This is not a standard QA role. In AI Native mode, agents generate test scaffolding — your job is to own the test strategy, audit AI-generated test suites for structural completeness, and run mutation testing to verify that AI-generated tests actually detect logic errors.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of QA engineering with a focus on automated testing in CI/CD-integrated environments
• Experience auditing AI-generated test suites for structural completeness: identifying tautological assertions, happy-path-only coverage, missing error paths, missing boundary conditions, and missing compliance scenarios
• Playwright or Cypress: E2E test suite design for complex subscription and access control flows, maintainable page object model design for dynamic content platforms
• Payment flow testing in Stripe test mode: test card scenarios, test clock for subscription lifecycle simulation, webhook simulation for idempotency validation
• Performance and load testing: k6 (preferred), JMeter, or Locust — scripting realistic traffic profiles and validating NFR targets (page load ≤2.0s, API ≤300ms, 5× spike tolerance)
• WCAG 2.1 AA audit methodology: automated scanning (axe DevTools, Lighthouse) combined with manual keyboard navigation and screen reader testing
• Good working knowledge of English; ability to write UAT test cases in German for editorial team collaboration

Nice to Have:

• Stryker mutation testing setup for TypeScript: operator configuration, survivor analysis, CI/CD integration as a blocking gate on payment and entitlement code
• Property-based testing with fast-check: financial calculation properties, generator design for edge-case inputs, and shrinking configuration
• Entitlement matrix exhaustive test coverage: all subscriber tier × content tier combinations, B2B IP-based access edge cases, concurrent subscription state transition testing
• GDPR flow test coverage: consent capture, right-to-be-forgotten trigger, and outcome validation across multiple data stores
• Mobile testing: iOS and Android cross-device coverage (BrowserStack or AWS Device Farm), VoiceOver and TalkBack accessibility testing
• UAT facilitation experience: coordinating sessions with non-technical editorial users
