Authority Partners is seeking a Program Architect to serve as the technical authority on a high-profile greenfield digital media platform build. You will own the full platform architecture from Day 1 through post-launch, covering architecture design, integration strategy, and security-critical code review as a standing member of a 3-person AI Native review panel. This is a full-programme senior role on a complex, multi-layer platform built entirely in AI Native mode.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of software architecture experience, with at least 3 years as a technical lead or architect on digital media, subscription, or financial platforms
• Hands-on production Keycloak experience: multi-realm configuration, RBAC fine-grained authorisation, custom FreeMarker themes, high-availability cluster operations, and OAuth 2.0/OIDC implementation at code review depth
• Deep knowledge of AWS microservices architecture: EKS, RDS PostgreSQL multi-AZ, ElastiCache Redis, OpenSearch, SQS/SNS, S3/CloudFront
• Stripe Subscriptions API expertise: subscription lifecycle, Stripe Tax for multi-country VAT, webhook event architecture, entitlement service design
• Next.js 14+ App Router at production depth: Server Components vs. Client Components, SSR/SSG/ISR strategy, SEO-first rendering, Core Web Vitals as architectural constraints
• Direct experience with AI Native development workflows using Claude Code, Cursor Agent, or GitHub Copilot Workspace in a production delivery context

Nice to Have:

• GDPR-compliant identity systems, including Right-to-Be-Forgotten orchestration across multiple data stores
• GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) alongside technical SEO
• Headless CMS architecture (Contentful or Sanity) for multi-market editorial workflows
• Experience with subscription paywalls, B2B2C corporate access models, or IP-based authentication
• Familiarity with DACH digital media regulations, financial advertising requirements, and GDPR data residency obligations

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field would be of great value, but if you’re passionate and have the experience that backs up your abilities, for us, talent outweighs degree every time.
