Growth Marketing Specialist

Sarajevo (hybrid), Bosnia and Herzegovina

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to build and run our outbound and paid marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, focused on generating inbound leads (MQLs) through outbound email and paid advertising. Using automation, data, and experimentation, you will help deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time, while shaping how we plan, execute, and measure campaigns so performance is clear and measurable.

This role will help define how we engage clients and prospects across digital channels, using data and experimentation to guide decisions. It sits at the center of building a connected marketing setup where every touchpoint is deliberate, trackable, and continuously improved, and where ideas are turned into working systems. Much of this function is being built from scratch, making this role ideal for someone who enjoys ownership and experimentation.

You will report to the Head of Brand and Communications and work closely with sales, delivery, designers, and developers.

Key responsibilities
• Own outbound and paid marketing campaigns end to end, from strategy through execution and reporting
• Plan, launch, and optimize outbound email campaigns focused on B2B lead generation
• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on performance and ROI
• Drive inbound lead generation with clear accountability for MQLs
• Ensure a consistent audience experience across touchpoints, aligned with Authority Partners’ brand, tone, and compliance standards
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and lead flow
• Use GA4 to track user behavior, conversions, and campaign effectiveness
• Ensure proper website and analytics integration, including forms, conversion tracking, and lead attribution
• Manage the lead lifecycle from first contact through MQL handover to sales
• Collaborate with brand, sales, and delivery teams to translate business goals into focused campaigns with clear calls to action and measurable results
• Work with designers and developers on landing pages, forms, and campaign assets
• Test, experiment, and iterate while maintaining reliable execution and clean data

What we are looking for
• Strong experience in B2B digital marketing with a focus on outbound and paid channels
• Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads
• Experience running cold outbound email campaigns
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
• Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation and CRM tools, or willingness to learn HubSpot
• Solid experience with GA4 and website analytics
• Clear understanding of lead lifecycle management and MQL ownership
• Experience targeting decision-makers, executives, and enterprise buyers
• Experience in services or consulting environments is strongly preferred
• Comfortable building processes and setups from scratch
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across marketing, sales, and delivery
