About the role:
We are looking for a Client Executive to join our Client Engagement team in Europe.
This role supports one of AP’s strategic accounts and is responsible for client success, growth, and operational execution. You will partner closely with senior AP leaders and delivery teams to ensure strong project execution, clear communication, and ongoing alignment with client priorities.
This position is well suited for someone with 5–10 years of experience in client-facing or delivery-focused roles who is ready to take on broader ownership and grow into a senior client executive role over time.
What you will do:
- Manage day-to-day client communication, expectations, and satisfaction (tracking NPS, revenue, and margin targets).
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and to AP quality standards.
- Understand client needs and help position AP’s services to support strategic and operational goals.
- Support contract development and negotiation, including MSAs, SOWs, and renewals.
- Prepare and help lead business reviews with internal and client stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for incremental growth through cross-sell and up-sell.
- Monitor risks, track performance metrics, and maintain clear, consistent reporting.
- Assist with sales and marketing initiatives that strengthen AP’s relationship with the client.
What you have:
- 5–10 years of experience in account management, client engagement, or delivery roles in the IT or technology services industry.
- Solid understanding of software delivery and SDLC processes.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Exposure to budgeting, reporting, and business planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
