Authority Partners is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. You'll work across the entire technology stack, from database design to user-facing features, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop full-stack applications using modern technologies, using JavaScript / TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Node.js, Next.js, Express.js
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and serverless functions
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas
• Implement responsive, performant frontend interfaces with Next.js
• Write clean, well-tested, and documented code
• Collaborate with team members on architecture decisions
• Deploy and monitor applications in AWS environments
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript (ES6+) & TypeScript
• Strong experience with Node.js backend development with Express
• PostgreSQL (schema design, migrations, performance)
• Next.js (SSR, SSG, API routes, data fetching)
• Basic AWS knowledge (Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch)
• Git version control and modern development workflows
• Strong problem-solving abilities and architectural thinking
• Experience with full development lifecycle from requirements to production
• Ability to balance technical excellence with business needs
• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
• Passion for learning new technologies and best practices
• Understanding of agile methodologies and iterative development

Nice to have experience with:

• ORMs (Prisma, TypeORM, Sequelize)
• Auth & security (JWT, OAuth2, OWASP)
• Testing (Jest, Vitest, Playwright, Cypress)
• CI/CD, ESLint, Prettier
• IaC (Terraform, CDK), Docker
• System design, caching, microservices
• Tailwind CSS, state management, accessibility
