Full stack Developer (.NET, Angular) - Production support

Key Responsibilities:
Production Support & Maintenance
- Provide L2/L3 production support for multiple applications built using .NET Core, Angular, and MAUI
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, service requests, and defects within defined SLAs
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
- Work with ServiceNow (SNOW) and JIRA to manage incidents, problems, and change requests
- Support deployments, hotfixes, and emergency releases when required
- Develop and maintain backend services using .NET Core / Web API
- Build and enhance frontend applications using Angular, NgRx, and Angular Universal
- Work with MAUI for cross-platform application support and enhancements
- Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and manage database-related issues
- Follow secure coding practices and performance optimization techniques
- Work with Docker for containerized applications
- Support CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps teams
- Monitor application health using Azure Application Insights
- Deploy and manage applications in Microsoft Azure
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of production systems
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product, and Business teams
- Participate in on-call support and production releases as required
- Document production issues, fixes, and support procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and system stability
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core / Web APIs
- Hands-on experience with Angular, NgRx, and Angular Universal
- Experience with SQL Server and database performance tuning
- Knowledge of MAUI (development or support)
- Experience using Docker for application deployment
- Working knowledge of Azure services
- Experience with Git for source control
- Familiarity with JIRA and ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Experience with Application Insights or similar monitoring tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a production support environment
- Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to handle pressure and prioritize incidents effectively
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting high-availability, enterprise applications
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Knowledge of security best practices and performance tuning
- Experience working in Agile environments
