What you will do:

• Lead the full design process — from discovery and research to product launch and continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, persona development, and journey mapping to uncover user needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and engineers to define user flows, requirements, and design strategy.
• Create wireframes, UI layouts, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that are developer-ready.
• Define and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components for consistent cross-platform experiences.
• Integrate AI-driven features such as personalization, smart recommendations, and predictive UX into user journeys.
• Conduct usability testing and leverage data and analytics to validate and refine designs.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and technical feasibility of all designs.
• Participate actively in Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, discovery workshops, and retrospectives.

You will stand out if you have:

• Proven ability to lead product design across the full lifecycle — from research and discovery to launch and iteration.
• Strong experience designing B2C enterprise-grade applications, balancing usability with performance, scalability, and visual impact.
• Experience conducting user and market research, synthesizing insights, and translating them into product and design strategy.
• Strength in connecting design decisions to business outcomes, using data and experimentation to guide choices.
• Skill in collaborating across disciplines — product, engineering, and analytics — to deliver cohesive experiences.
• A portfolio that showcases visual excellence, strong UX rationale, and measurable impact on user and business goals.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Design, Arts, or related field would be of great value, but if you’re passionate and have the experience that backs up your abilities, for us, talent outweighs degree every time.
