We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer to join our development team and lead the delivery of cross-platform mobile applications. As a key contributor, you will design and build modern, high-performing apps, targeting both iOS and Android platforms from a single codebase.

What you will do:

• Design, architect, and develop high-performance mobile applications using React Native and Vibe Coding principles.
• Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect, product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver smooth, pixel-perfect user experiences.
• Take full ownership of the development lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to testing, release, and post-launch maintenance.
• Drive best practices for code quality, modular architecture, and component reusability within the React Native ecosystem.
• Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs, and third-party SDKs and services.
• Work with TypeScript, React Hooks, and state management tools to build scalable and maintainable codebases.
• Lead efforts in mobile CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and app distribution for Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues across devices and operating systems, ensuring app performance and stability.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Collaborate on architectural decisions, contribute to documentation, and help define mobile development standards across the project.
• Stay ahead of mobile and front-end trends, especially within the React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem.

What you have:

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development, with at least 3 years in React Native.
• Proven expertise with React Native architecture, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of React component lifecycles, navigation patterns, and state management frameworks.
• Experience with Vibe Coding methodology, React Native Reanimated, Expo, or React Native Vision Camera.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver smooth, pixel-perfect interfaces and seamless animations across iOS and Android.
• Experience taking end-to-end ownership of mobile app projects, from concept and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and iteration.
• Experience integrating mobile apps with backend APIs, and authentication systems.
• Familiarity with native modules and bridging for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) when deeper system integrations are required.
• Strong grasp of mobile UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline and version control.
• Proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, product-centric teams, working closely with designers and product owners to bring ideas to life.
• Solid understanding of software architecture patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence), and modern development workflows.
• Thrived in a product-driven, fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to evolving requirements while maintaining a focus on quality and delivery.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field would be of great value, but if you’re passionate and have the experience that backs up your abilities, for us, talent outweighs degree every time.
