What You’ll Do:
  • Partner with business and technical teams to identify AI opportunities, pulling apart the needs.
  • Define AI solution concepts, and value-driven use cases, as well as challenging solutions.
  • Evaluate technologies, tools, and vendors to recommend the best approach.
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to align stakeholders.
  • Promote responsible, ethical, and compliant AI practices.
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging trends and help elevate AI literacy across the organization.

You will also:
  • Standardize Agentic AI-related content, find data, find questions, tune prompts and optimize responses.
  • Verify accuracy and consistency of responses.
  • Diagnose failures.
  • Reduce hallucinations.
  • Think about things like security, traceability.
  • Improve and tune existing solutions.

What You Bring:
  • A strong technical foundation (previous experience as a developer, architect, or technical lead)
  • Experience in enterprise AI deployments (customer service automation, knowledge assistants, or internal productivity tools).
  • Familiarity with MLOps, RPA, or workflow automation platforms.
  • Ability to design evaluation metrics for prompt performance.
  • Understanding of AI concepts, LLMs, generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI GPT models, Anthropic Claude, Llama, etc.).
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business language.
  • Experience guiding technology-driven initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of AI ethics, bias, and responsible AI practices.

Why Join Us:
  • Work on meaningful AI transformation initiatives across industries.
  • Shape the direction of cutting-edge AI solutions without needing to code.
  • Collaborate with highly skilled professionals in a globally distributed environment.
  • Grow your career as a thought leader in AI strategy and responsible AI.
