Software Architect (Agentic AI)
Remote, CET or LatAm time zoneYou’ll lead our Agentic AI initiative—designing, building, and owning full-stack AI agent systems that are secure, scalable, and production-ready. This role blends architecture, backend, UI, and AI-first thinking, with the freedom to shape our platform and tools.

- Architect and lead AgentAI systems end-to-end
- Design agent workflows using MCP-aligned structures (memory, tools, goals)
- Build integrations with APIs, databases, cloud tools, and external services
- Contribute to internal UIs or admin panels when needed (e.g., React, Blazor, or equivalent)
- Guide prompt design, tool orchestration, and evaluation of agent behavior
- Enforce security best practices (prompt injection protection, output control, access safety)
- Use AI-enhanced development tools (e.g., Cursor, Continue, GitHub Copilot) to drive speed and quality
- Stay current with LLM capabilities, agent frameworks, and evaluation techniques
- Mentor and support the broader AgentAI engineering team
- Hands-on experience with at least two Agentic AI platforms (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Studio / Foundry, Google Gemini)
- Strong backend skills in .NET (or comparable), plus the ability to work on UIs (e.g., React, Blazor, or modern frontends)
- Practical experience applying Model Context Protocol (MCP) in designing modular agents
- Skilled in integrating with cloud services (Azure preferred), containers, vector stores (e.g., Pinecone, Azure AI Search)
- Proven ability to implement security and safety mechanisms in AI-driven systems
- Experience designing and implementing RAG pipelines and vector search integrations
- Comfortable using AI IDEs or tools (Cursor, Continue, Copilot, etc.)
- Leadership experience and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
