PMO - Delivery Lead

Sarajevo (hybrid), Bosnia and Herzegovina
We are looking for a PMO - Delivery Lead to drive how we scale, lead, and mature our delivery organization. This is a key leadership role focused on people development, operational consistency, client enablement—and importantly, a commercial and product-oriented mindset.
You’ll oversee delivery across engagements, mentor teams, improve frameworks, and support sales opportunities by contributing to solution design and resource planning. While not owning product vision, you will bring product awareness into delivery operations—ensuring we stay aligned to client goals, business value, and user outcomes.
This role plays a vital part in our transition toward a consulting and strategy-enabled delivery model, where execution is matched by insight, ownership, and long-term client value.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery Operations & PMO Leadership
  • Lead and mentor project and delivery managers across multiple engagements
  • Evolve and scale delivery frameworks, governance, and reporting practices
  • Oversee project health, manage risk, and support timely decision-making
  • Ensure consistent execution quality and team performance across departments
  • Drive alignment between delivery execution and business objectives

People Leadership & Organizational Growth
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and professional development of delivery staff
  • Create an environment of accountability, learning, and adaptability
  • Tailor delivery approaches to team maturity and client complexity
  • Act as a role model in communication, planning, and team resilience

Sales Engagement & Product Thinking
  • Collaborate on new business opportunities: contribute to proposals, scope work, and define delivery models
  • Bring a product mindset into planning—aligning delivery structures with user value and business outcomes
  • Help position delivery teams not just as executors, but as value partners in client growth
  • Engage with Product Strategists to ensure delivery plans support long-term product direction

Required Skillset
  • Experience in PMO leadership, program or delivery management in a consulting or tech-driven environment
  • Strong command of delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, waterfall) and governance practices
  • Proven team leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment
  • Commercial acumen: experience with proposal development, pre-sales support, or resource modeling
  • Comfort working alongside product teams and understanding product-focused delivery dynamics
