Senior Product Strategist & Product Manager

Sarajevo (hybrid), or remote within CET time zone

We are looking for a Senior Product Strategist & Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping both the solutions we deliver and how we deliver them. This dual-role combines strategic product leadership with delivery excellence and team development. It’s an opportunity to lead product vision, guide execution, and contribute to how we grow as an organization.

You will be responsible for end-to-end product strategy and roadmap management while also supporting the evolution of our delivery model—coaching teams, scaling standards, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.

Strategic Role in Our Company Transformation
As our organization transitions from a delivery-focused model into a consulting and strategy-led partner, this role is central to that change. Our clients increasingly rely on us not only for execution, but for strategic guidance, product direction, and transformation planning.

In this role, you’ll help us define how we support clients beyond project delivery—by acting as a trusted advisor, shaping product portfolios, influencing transformation efforts, and embedding product thinking into long-term strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Management

  • Define and drive product strategy aligned with business and client goals
  • Lead roadmap planning, discovery activities, and validation of product-market fit
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes
  • Prioritize initiatives based on value, feasibility, and alignment with strategic objectives
  • Track performance, define KPIs, and continuously improve delivery and impact

Leadership Within PMO & Delivery

  • Mentor and support product managers, project leads, and cross-functional teams
  • Help shape and uphold delivery frameworks, standards, and best practices
  • Partner with leadership to manage delivery capacity, quality, and governance
  • Act as a connector between strategy and execution—supporting consistent, scalable outcomes
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement

Required Skillset:

  • Experience in defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, and leading discovery
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a focus on business and user value
  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery in cross-functional environments
  • Comfortable working with clients on product direction and transformation planning
  • Proven leadership in team development, coaching, and delivery oversight
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management at all levels
  • Ability to operate in dynamic environments and bridge strategy with execution
