Senior QA Engineer (ServiceNow)
Remote, CET time zoneWe are seeking a QA Engineer with hands-on experience in testing ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow modules including Incident, Change, Request, and CMDB.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test cases and test scripts for ServiceNow workflows and customizations.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing on ServiceNow modules.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices for ServiceNow development and configuration.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in QA with at least 1–2 years focused on ServiceNow testing.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules.
- Experience with automated testing tools for ServiceNow (e.g., ATF – Automated Test Framework).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field would be of great value, but if you’re passionate and have the experience that backs up your abilities, for us, talent outweighs degree every time.
