Client Executive

Authority Partners is seeking an exceptional Client Executive to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional with a proven track record and strong network to drive new business and grow key accounts.

 Key Responsibilities: 
  1. Business Development: 
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new clients across Authority Partners’ target industries. 
  • Strategically leverage your professional network to generate leads and open doors to potential clients. 
  1. Account Growth: 

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients to understand their business challenges and uncover new opportunities for collaboration. 
  • Grow revenue within existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution: 

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue and profitability targets. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor value propositions and presentations for prospective clients. 
  • Lead contract negotiations to close deals while ensuring win-win outcomes for both clients and Authority Partners. 
  1. Pipeline Management: 

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurate forecasting using CRM tools. 
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the Chief Revenue Officer on sales performance and market trends. 
  1. Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and high levels of customer satisfaction. 
  • Partner with internal teams to contribute to service improvements and innovations based on client feedback. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven track record of success in business development, account management, or sales, particularly in the technology or software development services space. 
  • Demonstrated ability to bring in new logos and grow existing accounts. 
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills, with an established network of decision-makers and influencers. 
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically. 
  • Understanding of technology consulting, custom software development, and IT services. 
  • Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and complex deal structures. 
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote work environment. 
  • Comfortable collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
